The Office for Disability Issues (ODI) within Whaikaha Ministry of Disabled People have a vacancy for a Team Administrator to support ODI with efficient, effective and high-quality administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
• Producing reports and presentations
• Managing purchases, invoices and monthly financial reports
• Arranging meeting appointments and travel bookings
• Maintaining diaries and calendars as required
• Assisting in event management
• Providing general assistance for team members with disability requirements
