Kaiaroturuki Māori/ Māori Monitor
The Donald Beasley Institute (DBI) is now accepting applications from disabled people who are interested in disability rights research. This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) at the Donald Beasley Institute in Ōtepoti, Dunedin, working on the Disabled Person-Led Monitoring of the UNCRPD project.
The successful candidate will be part of a disabled person-led team investigating disabled people’s experience of human rights according to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Tasks will include, but are not limited to, arranging and conducting interviews and focus groups, transcribing, data analysis, and report writing.
