Greater Wellington Regional Council and the Metlink Public Transport Group are advertising for a Service Delivery Coordinator within their Bus, Ferry and Te Hunga Whaikaha Total Mobility team.
The Public Transport Group is responsible for the implementation of the Regional Land Transport Strategy. This involves the design and purchase of quality cost effective passenger transport services for the Wellington Region.
The role of the Service Delivery Coordinator focusses on network performance monitoring (including being out and about on the network) and issue resolution. You will also support the Service Delivery Advisors and focus on supporting relationships with public transport partners and other stakeholders.
There will be lots of opportunities to participate in the development of the teams' role in implementing Diversity and Inclusion, Te Reo Māori and Tikanga policies.
