Whaikaha | Ministry of Disabled People is advertising for a Deputy Chief Executive (DCE) Corporate Services. The position reports to the Chief Executive and is responsible for leading and managing the Corporate Services function.
The DCE Corporate has a shared responsibility and focus to develop and drive the Ministry’s strategy, to ensure that the different parts of the Ministry work effectively together, comply with all relevant legislation and regulations, and to contribute to the Ministry’s achievement of high levels of overall performance.
They will need to work closely with the Chief Executive and in partnership with disabled people, Tāngata Whaikaha Māori, and their families to work to transform the disability system both across the Ministry as a whole and within the Corporate Services group.
