SkillWise are advertising for a Community Facilitator (EGL/FDS).
The Community Facilitator (EGL/FDS) will plan, facilitate, support and/or deliver recreation, work, and education opportunities for people with an Enabling Good Lives personal budget both in the wider community and/or at SkillWise's premises.
This role is responsible to inducting new people into the service through meeting and creating, step by step goal support plans and providing person driven support while working alongside the people SkillWise work with. This role works in conjunction with the other staff member in the Community Facilitator (EGL/FDS) role.
