Enabling Good Lives Waikato are currently advertising for a Tuhono Connector.
Enabling Good Lives is a new approach to supporting disabled people. As Tūhono/Connector you will be responsible for working directly with disabled children, adults and their families and whanau to assist them achieve Enabling Good Lives outcomes.
The key to sustainable outcomes in this role will be your ability to listen to the aspirations and preferences of disabled people and their families and whānau and assist them to think about the options they have at the moment and what they could do that is new and different.
