The University of Otago, Wellington, New Zealand Centre for Sustainable Cities is doing a research project looking into how disabled people, tāngata whaikaha Māori, and those with long-term health conditions keep cool during the heat of summer.
Survey
They are running a Staying Cool at Home - online survey. It has both longer (open-ended) questions and a few short answer questions. They expect the survey to take between 20-35 minutes to complete.
You can listen to the questions using the audio function on REDCap and change the text size using the plus or minus in the top. The team apologise for the poor pronunciation of te reo Māori, it uses international software and does a poor job of pronouncing non-English words.
For those that decide to participate there is the opportunity to win one of six prizes - the prizes are one $300 prezzy card and five $50 prezzy cards.
