Disability community workshops
Disabled Persons Assembly (DPA) invites you to join our workshops about home fire safety.
At the workshops, Canterbury's Fire and Emergency Community Readiness Advisor will share home fire safety tips, including smoke alarms, and what to do in the event of a fire.
You are welcome to bring your questions and join our discussions in an accessible and collaborative space at the location that suits you. Each workshop is the same.
Where: Woodend – Woodend Community Centre, Room A, 6 School Road
When: Tuesday 15 April, 1.00 to 3.00 pm, doors open at 12.30 pm
RSVP: by Wednesday 14 April - and by Tuesday 8 April if you require NZSL interpretation.
Accessibility: wheelchair accessible, parking available, NZSL interpreters on request.
