University of Canterbury PhD candidate Oliver DSouza is currently conducting research on disability in New Zealand workplaces.
He is inviting HR/Operational Managers, with experience in hiring or managing disabled people, to participate in his PhD research project:
Researching Managers’ Perspectives of Reasonable Accommodation and Disabilities
Participants Required for Interviews
Zoom Video calls - Approximately 45-60 minutes
Who are we looking for?
New Zealand Managers experienced with:
- Managing or Hiring Disabled Employees, or
- Planning, Developing or Implementing Reasonable Accommodation
