Tuhono Connector, Enabling Good Lives - Fixed Term/Permanent Opportunity in Waikato

The Ministry of Social Development is currently looking for a Tuhono Connector to join their Enabling Good Lives (EGL) team.

As Tūhono/Connector you will be responsible for working directly with disabled children, adults and their families and whanau to assist them achieve Enabling Good Lives outcomes.

The key to sustainable outcomes in this role will be your ability to listen to the aspirations and preferences of disabled people and their families and whānau and assist them to think about the options they have at the moment and what they could do that is new and different.
