On-demand public transport services have flexible routes that vary based on the location and destinations of passengers who book a trip.

Our submission calls for accessibility for the service.

  • All vehicles must be accessible to disabled people.
  • All booking services and channels for on-demand services must be accessible to disabled people.
  • All new infrastructure for on-demand services must be built to universal design standards.
  • All drivers must be trained in providing a mana-enhancing service to disabled people.
