This submission is in response to ACC seeking submissions on its approach to how it will report annually on levels of access to the Accident Compensation scheme by Māori and other identified population groups.

In our submission, we recommend that the Firearms Prohibition Orders Legislation Amendment Bill be withdrawn, and that that firearms license holders, firearms dealers and visitors’ licenses have more stringent regulations around the people they issue firearms to.

This submission is in response to the amendment to the Courts (Remote Participation) Amendment Bill to speed up the court processes so victims and other participants can move on with their lives.
